We always buy their annual furnace and A/C agreement to avoid mid-season surprises. Wade's technicians have always been courteous and informative. The last two times we got a Tech named Dylen. The first time Dylen came was by coincidence as Wade Heating assigned him the job. However, Dylen was so exceptional we asked for him by name this time. As alwyas he was courteous, informative and very personable. When he is done with the service call we always feel satisfied that everything was done correctly. Hopefully Dylen will be available next spring when the A/C needs done."
