"Deen and Ahmed are amazing! When I phoned, Dean was able to arrange a next-day appointment, with a two-hour arrival window and a promise to phone when he was en route. Right on time, he phoned to say he would be at my house in 1/2 hour, which he was. Our system is an ancient, over 30 year old unit, which, though still blowing cold, needed a full recharge, due to an apparent small pinhole leak that must have been draining the refrigerant slowly but surely. While many companies would have insisted on trying to sell us a new, high end, expensive system, Deen understood that this would be a major expense, and advised us that it was worth running the old system as long as possible after refilling the refrigerant, and that it would likely get us through the summer, which was a huge relief! While we realize it's risky to refill an older system, which could have leaks, and whose leaks could worsen, we are so grateful to Deen for not pressuring us into taking the plunge immediately by purchasing a new system, while our old system was still functioning, leak notwithstanding. While refilling, the unit began to freeze, so Deen let it sit for 20 minutes to allow the freon to settle, before finishing the process. Rather than rushing off to the next job, he patiently waited the necessary time and safely completed the process. When it came time to pay, Deen was kind enough to give us a break on the per pound cost of refrigerant, since we had purchased a full refill's worth, so that the total cost was in our budget range for taking the risk of trying to last another season with our old unit. I very much enjoyed chatting with Deen, who is an extremely knowledgeable, straightforward, and pleasant guy, and will most certainly call him when our system is finally ready to be replaced, which may come this season or next. Either way, I appreciate his efforts at saving us from unnecessary spending, and his willingness and support for the gamble of refilling the system one last time, before RF22 refrigerant stops being produced in 2020. "Sheldon was very nice and was able to come to us the same day when others could not get to us until the next day or after. We already knew what the problem was and he did not come in and try to tell us it was something else, trying to make more money off of us. He even took the time to make sure it really was the problem that we had been told. He took his time and did not rush even though it was after 6 pm. He checked other rooms to ensure they all were heating correctly. Very professional, very nice guy and his prices were VERY reasonable. As a first time homeowner, we were trying to brace for a huge repair bill or worse having to get a new furnace. Sheldon made us feel secure that we were getting the job done and done correctly. "It was a superb experience. From the visit by Bruce the sales representative to the installation day to the follow-up from Petro, every single person we interacted with was helpful and professional. When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. The job was finished before end of day as promised. The heater room is now immaculate, with new piping and a new heater. It was like watching a pit crew at a NASCAR race. Everyone had their tasks, they moved carefully but quickly. The materials were all laid out in order, etc. Just a totally professional approach to their work. The crew boss answered any questions I had. The follow-up for a normal inspection of the furnace chimney was scheduled the day after the installation. "I urge everyone to take a look at their HVAC/furnace/boiler/ etc. and if you are staring at it, the way I was, screaming WHAT THE HECK, call Kyle. If you are Youtube how to splice wires to install that smart thermostat, stop it, call Kyle. Seriously, just call Kyle. You hear the horror stories, I called for what I thought was $X and the HVAC tech came and now I have a $200X invoice. That is not the case with Kyle. I have been there, do-it-yourself projects exist, but your heating and cooling is not one of them. Do not believe me, call around; then call Kyle, then call Kyle back because you realize he is available, upfront, and transparent. That is what I did. Kyle helped me demystify my heating and cooling system. Now I stare at my HVAC system, knowing what is what, and how I can quickly troubleshoot it and maintain it. What surprised me the most, this is not what Kyle was required to do. He came to help us with something unrelated. Nevertheless, he stayed late, and answered all the questions my wife and I had; we had a lot. It felt like we had a friend over the entire time. Sure enough, that's how it felt when he left.
