"Our furnace stopped working sometime during Thursday night. I went through Home Advisor on Friday morning. Doctor Plumber called me, made an appointment, diagnosed the problem (cracked heat exchanger), replaced the furnace with a new one, all in the same day (they worked until after 8pm), which was nice, since it was a Friday, and it was cold. The workers were professional. My new furnace heats the house substantially better than the old one. Possibly I could have got a cheaper deal somewhere else, but I am very pleased with the new furnace, their speed, and their professionalism, and I would definitely hire them again. "
