Great easy a going guy, get the job done, and nice
Jon, Rob, and their team were very knowledgeable and were able to diagnose the leak in my ceiling quickly and take action to repair it quickly. They completely replaced the piping from my 2nd floor bathrooms all the way down to the basement in one day. If they ran into obstacles, they worked through them efficiently. I definitely recommend ZSL for your plumbing job!
Very personable, detail oriented, fine craftsman, hard working and very cooperative.

Kind,professionals and very hard workers
The Handyman, who was strong knowledge of Kitchen and Bathroom renovations and repair, was a very clean and courteous worker. It was definitely a worthwhile experience.
What can I say! I had the best experience, and outcome with Handy Repair Services, LLC. Kevin and his team are absolute profesionals. They are prompt in reponding, extremely knowlegeble in the work and cleaned up after each day. Kevin and his team offered minor creative ideas while being cognizant of my decision on the final design. Most importantly, they made my vision a reality! It is exactly what I wanted! I couldn't be happier. I will contact them for future projects and refer them to family and friends. Thank you!
Very Professional Young Men. Great Pricing.
Spike is a hero! We had no heat, the house was freezing. My husband and son are disabled and I work crazy long hours. I used another guy who looked at the burner, diagnosed it, took out money "for parts", then ghosted us. I called Spike to fix it. He was fast, efficient, so kind and professional. He had the house toasty warm in no time. Don't even consider anyone else. I'm so glad we found him. Now you have too.
I would like to say (Joel the Owner) from Skulz Construction and his crew are excellent professional knowledgeable skilled and hard working company. They sealed my water pipe that came through my foundation (6feet below ground) put in a basement window and fixed my leaking sliding glass door (by the way was put in incorrectly from another company) . They did an amazing job and even stayed later in the evening to finish the job. . I would highly recommend this company for any construction job or any job in your home. No job to big or to little for this company. Thanks again guys i truly appreciate your help on my projects.
Very professional
Ray was friendly and very professional and you can tell immediately that he was very customer oriented. As far as prices go, he was more than fair compared to the other bids. As a matter of fact I expanded the scope of his work to include a new water heater too. All the equipment supplied was 100% new, still in the factory cartons and the installation work was TOP QUALITY. Ray not only sold me the job but he did the installation too. He and partner Ken, and their assistant (3 man crew total) worked very professionally and effectively. Needless to say I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.
Outstanding, Outstanding, Outstanding!!! These guys are knowledgeable, patient, courteous. I totally recommend this company without a doubt!!! I will definitely be using them again.

I hired sears to fix my noisy refrigerator, the issues was the ice maker. Sears sent a tech to my house and he stopped the ice maker from making noise, he also performed a annual maintenance by checking the temperature, and cleaning the coils.

A furnace generates and distributes heated air throughout your home. A vital part of the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) system—though it does not cool air—you activate a furnace when you set or adjust the temperature in a room using the thermostat. Furnaces can run off natural gas, oil, electric, or propane.
The average gas furnace lasts 15 to 20 years, though some electric furnaces can last 30 years or more.
In addition to furnace type, your unit’s lifespan also depends on its size and the heating system you have—two-stage furnaces are more efficient and less likely to break than single-stage furnaces.
Having a reputable HVAC technician perform annual furnace maintenance and inspections can help ensure you get the most out of your unit. And, as always, change your filters regularly—a dirty filter can block airflow and overwork the motor.
You should change your furnace filter every one to three months to help maintain air quality, keep energy costs in check, and extend your unit’s lifespan. If people in your home have dust or pet dander allergies, you may consider changing your filters more regularly. Looking for an even simpler guideline? If the filter is dirty, replace it.
The average cost of a furnace unit is $2,300 to $7,200, plus $150 to $500 per hour for installation. Furnace replacement prices depend on the type of furnace you need, its size, and local labor costs.
If your furnace installation requires new gas lines or additional ductwork, add $250 to $800 for the gas lines and $3,00 to $5000 on average for the ductwork to your overall project costs.
