"Temperature control did a great job installing my new heat pump system. I was very impressed with their knowledge and their dedication. The estimation process was very great and very informative. The sales representative was knowledgeable and did not press me to make a sale. He gave me all of the options when it came to fixing my 15 year old HVAC system. Then, and only then, after I decided I needed to get a new system he talked to me about a new system. The installation process was scheduled and performed in under a week from the time of sale which was great to get it done so fast. The only issue is that that Installation Invoiced had all of the "extra details" on it and the installation technicians were not aware of these things by no fault of themselves. In addition, they were not made aware that this installation was going to be a conversion from a gas furnace to a heat pump which includes additional hookups and electrical work. This is something that the company should work on improving on in the future. The installation technicians, Robert and Dillon were very hard working. They were so dedicated and even stayed until nearly 8:00 PM to try and finish the job. They were not quite able to complete the installation that first day because of the conversion and all of the extra work required to get things working. They came back a few days later and finished the job and were so nice and professional. I really appreciate Robert and Dillon for their hard work and getting our system up and running. The customer service has been top notch and they have been so great to work around my busy schedule. Their texts with their pictures come when they are 30 min out and they give you a 2 hour timeframe for when they come out. So it is nice to see their face so you know who you are talking to and only having a 2 hour window to wait is much better than other companies that give you a 4 hour window. Overall, a great experience and I am very impressed with everything this company has done for me and I would suggest this to anyone looking for a good price, great service, dedication, and a top notch communication company. "My A/C unit was blowing hot air out on Tuesday 4/15 and I called Dynamic Comfort who installed it that afternoon. On Wednesday 4/16 Will came out gave it a leak test and determined that I did in fact have a leak and he gave some refrigerant to last through the night which it did. On Thursday 4/17, Brandon came out and found the leak, but that was not the only problem, he stayed here for around 5 hours until he found the problem, which was a bad pipe that needed to be replaced. Brandon did a very through job in finding the problem and he wasn't going to leave until the problem was fixed. Dynamic Comfort has always provided me the most excellent service and this was another prime example. Kudos to them and their technicians Will and Brandon!!!!"

"I have used Done Rite Services for couple of Plumbing jobs as well as fixing my Tankless Water Heater/Pump. They have done excellent jobs on all 3 occasions. The technicians that came- William for Tankless system and Danny for Plumbing issues - were both very professional, courteous, and are very experienced. They never tried to oversell or tried for other extra expenses that most plumbing companies here in town are so famous in trying to push towards you when they come for such jobs. I highly recommend this company to all - and have passed their info to all my friend and family. I will be using them only for all my HVAC, plumbing jobs - and they even do electric jobs as well. The staff at the office (Gina/Casey/Yandai) over the phone - are very professional and courteous as well - and the best part is their appointment system - they have text message reminder 24 hours ahead - and also when the tech is in route - they inform you with their profile picture and name and bio details, so you know when and who is arriving at your door step. Levi answered all of my questions and designed us a custom high efficiency gas / heat pump system with a fully variably AC system which qualified us for a large Fed. credit has significantly reduced our utility bills. More importantly he has been there every step of the way. He came himself on the day of our install to do a quality check and show me how to customize our system.
