"I called to set up a time for getting a quite for cleaning my heat =pump ahead of winter. He came over and did my heat pump PM and inspected the air vents in my crawl space underneath the house. I was shocked when he showed me the pictures. He then worked up an itemized quote to cover needed repairs. I felt like he gave me a fair estimate and was even open to working with me on the cost. We set a schedule for him to start. He started and finished the project as scheduled. I love how he works and would highly recommend him to anyone needing heating and air system work done. I will use this company definitely for future projects"

He said it was in excellent condition and should not have to worry about it. Our A/C was nearing the end of it life, explained in detail how the A/C worked, the type of unit he recommended. "I hired GSM Services to replace my A/C unit and furnace with a newer, upgraded system. A few weeks ago Kelly came to my house to give me an estimate for a new heating and air system. He was on time and very professional. He surveyed my existing system, took measurements of my house, and did some calculations to determine exactly what type and capacity system that I would need. He showed and explained to me several options as well as their prices. He wasn’t pushy as he left in order to give me time to review the different options before making my decision. I called the office the next day with my decision and to set up a date and time for installation. Today (May 22) Kyle and Craig showed up on time and were extremely professional as well. They worked from 8:30 to 5:30 completing the replacement of my entire heating/air system. The field team leader also showed up just to ensure that everything was going smoothly. They were very helpful in answering any questions that I had throughput the day and they took the time to explain to me about the new system after installation was complete (I.e. how to operate the new programmable thermostat). Overall, it was a great experience and I will definitely use them again."

"The owner Mike made the call. Very professional and knowledgable. This house is new to us and we were quite sure the units had never had any maintenance done on air conditioners. The house was built in 2001. When the upstairs unit stopped cooling we called Accu-Rite. Got the name from our neighbor who had used them and was very pleased. We would use them again especially when we replace units. Would highly recommend. The company doesn't advertise much as the owner wants to build his reputation on quality work for his customers and word of mouth business. He took the time to answer all our questions and never ever tried to sell us more than was necessary or appropriate.
