When he moved the furnace he also took time to inspect the furnace. He noticed a rusted small crack in the heat exchanger. He suggested a less expensive furnace that would meet our needs and left the decision up to us. There was no pressure and he was interested in saving us money knowing that it was an unexpected expense on top of the internal french drain.
