He was able to pinpoint the issues I was having obtaining heat and, in the process, providing a more important service. This by detecting a significant potential health risk to the system when operating at capacity with elevated levels of carbon monoxide readings present in the combustion test and the necessity of having a chimney/fireplace sweep and cleaning conducted. The service call was money well spent. Would definitely use this company again for any additional issues"

"It was a superb experience. From the visit by Bruce the sales representative to the installation day to the follow-up from Petro, every single person we interacted with was helpful and professional. When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. The job was finished before end of day as promised. The heater room is now immaculate, with new piping and a new heater. It was like watching a pit crew at a NASCAR race. Everyone had their tasks, they moved carefully but quickly. The materials were all laid out in order, etc. Just a totally professional approach to their work. The crew boss answered any questions I had. The follow-up for a normal inspection of the furnace chimney was scheduled the day after the installation. "After the dreaded heater shut down, I called Air Plus Mechanical and Mike was there within 2 hours. Slightly over an hour later we were up and running. We also discussed uneven heating in my 55 year old home. Mike made an adjustment and the sytem was working much better. Two days later both Mike & Tim stopped by to review my system, including a thorough evaluation of the duct work. They provided several suggestions to try to improve my existing system and DID NOT try to sell me a new unit. Their approach of trying to maximaize my existing system and minimize my cost was amazing. I have dealt with many contractors over the years and the typical response is "you need a new system".
