"We had a complete system installed in a rental property. The condenser, coil and furnace were replaced. Hector and Dewey were very courteous and accommodating. They arrived on time, walked through the steps for the removal and installation. As they said up front, the installation would take a full days work. Though they ran into a few snags in getting the unit from the front of the house to the back; they took time and care in removing a door and ensuring it was reinstalled and working properly. By the time the job was completed they cleaned up the area and made sure the tenants understood how to run the thermostat. The next day they called to check on the status of the new unit and its operation. I would definitely use them again."

"It was a superb experience. From the visit by Bruce the sales representative to the installation day to the follow-up from Petro, every single person we interacted with was helpful and professional. When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. If you are Youtube how to splice wires to install that smart thermostat, stop it, call Kyle. Seriously, just call Kyle. You hear the horror stories, I called for what I thought was $X and the HVAC tech came and now I have a $200X invoice. That is not the case with Kyle. I have been there, do-it-yourself projects exist, but your heating and cooling is not one of them. Nevertheless, he stayed late, and answered all the questions my wife and I had; we had a lot. It felt like we had a friend over the entire time. Sure enough, that's how it felt when he left. Another company was charging by the hour and said it would be at least an hour, hour and a half which does not line up with my past experiences having a tune up done."
