"We had two Mitsubishi heat pumps installed by Nate Bolduc. The type of system that we had installed was a vented system from the attic into our home. The workmanship was top-notch, as Nate took care and made sure that everything was done with care. He asked our opinions when there was a venting option choice to make and he took an extra afternoon to walk us through the operation and structure of the complete system. "I was having a problem with MS Office not responding and other files being very, very slow to open. Jim started looking for the cause right away. He did numerous checks for viruses, malware, and various other things that can go wrong. He vigorously pursued a resolution pretty steadily for two days before determining it was a malfunctioning external backup system that was causing the problem. With that finding, he promptly got my computer running smoothly and very fast again. He made two trips to my house; on the first one, he had to cross a sheet of ice in my driveway.
