"HVAC Experts was one of the best experiences I have had with a contractor and home improvement! I was able to get a quote based on some basic information I gave to Alex which was to be verified onsite if I moved forward. I really did like that since I am a very busy person. The price was very competitive but as we all know that is only one component, its all about the quality of the product and installation. I was able to schedule the installation for a day and time that worked for me and on the day of installation my doorbell rang promptly at 8am. I did notice them parked outside early but I did appreciate them waiting to start exactly as promised. The initial crew were very nice and got to work right away then the company labeled van showed up with my new unit. Alex eventually showed up and did a walk through, I really appreciated him taking off his shoes which shows respect and making sure I was comfortable with the process. He also was very patient with the numerous questions I had and I also did a last minute upgrade to a Nest thermostat which he was able to run out and grab for me with no problem! Glad I did that we love the technology is brings. The removal of the old unit and the install of the new unit with this 4 man crew only took 3 hours and at the end the crew completely cleaned the area and Alex did a final walkthrough making sure I understood how to use the new HVAC unit and thermostat. He also tested the heat and cold and took temperature checks to make sure the output was as expected. We settled on the bill and I got an immediate receipt via email with the details. Top to bottom was very impressed with HVAC Experts a newer company but you can tell they have many years of industry experience! I now have a brand new AC unit and it’s working great!!!"

"We worked with Stephen following a failure of our AC unit, which had caused some water damage in the walls and ceiling below the HVAC unit. During that remediation project, we worked with several other contractors (e.g., drywalling, painting, etc.) and Stephen was, hands down, the most professional and pleasant of the bunch. He was transparent and fair in his pricing, was responsive to our concerns and our schedule, and was a a real pro when it came to explaining the issues and the associated fixes and fees. Stephen even took our calls with follow up questions while he was on a hiking trip out of state. That contractor charged more than they initially claimed they would, and didn't really fix the issue. We struggled through the last few years with portable units which we installed in all our bedrooms, but they were bulky and loud. About 2 years ago, we started getting quotes. Every quote was between $12,000-$15,000. It was really shocking to learn how expensive air conditioning is. We were later told by a friend that the high cost is partly due to demand. They also cleaned everything up well, and it was hard to tell they had been here. The system they installed is manufactured by Daikin, and it is unobtrusive, and very quiet. We are extremely happy with the outcome, our sleep has been fantastic, and we can highly recommend Ulises and his team."

"We are very happy with our new environmental system from Tarpy. Paul was the only one of the four representatives that came out that did a detailed analysis of our home and our needs. He made the effort to design an entirely new system that met our needs and budget. We found, unlike the others that came out, that because there was no cold air return we needed more room in our mechanical closet. The rest were just going to dump a new furnace in the closet and we'd still have the same problems. They offered a tankless water heater to give us room and did the furnace, air conditioner, and water heater as well as new ducting for a very fair price and even though their team had to work extra time to accommodate challenges in our old house the final bill was exactly as estimated. These guys worked 12 hours on the day before Thanksgiving. When I said "go home guys, we can wait till Monday" I was told they just couldn't leave a customer without heat over a holiday. I've never been treated better. Great equipment, works really well, job site was cleaner than when they started, and they were all solid, hard working, and professional from estimate to payment."
