"We found Ozark Heating and Cooling is now renamed Comfort Care Heating and Cooling, same address. We called them and explained the problem. They were at the house 2 days later. Our technician Sam was great. He found the air filter was not properly cleaned and may have added to our A/C problem. He cleaned up the condenser, checked the freon level and our A/C filter. He explained the problem and pointed out possible future problems with our 20 year old unit. Sam was very professional and fixed the problem in an hour. I would highly recommend this company for any A/C and heating problem. We will definitely use this company for our future A/C and heating needs."

"I just used Henderson Heating & Cooling to get a bid to get their assessment on how would I was the price of a project and how much it would cost, what they would do and what their recommendations would be. The only thing that I didn’t like was the price as it was little bit overpriced. Some other things that I figured out with my own personal knowledge I thought that they would hopefully catch with their eye and let me know that some of the things were wrong and probably needed to be fixed but they didn’t catch. So I didn’t go with them for that reason."

"Called for a tech to do a service check on a system in our home we purchased last year. The came out on a Tuesday. He did a check and stated our AC system was nearly empty of freon. Our unit is 17 yrs old so we opted for a complete new hvac as most other items were new to the home. Friday, same week George came back and did a great job removing and installing our new hvac. During the process of securing bids the owner came in not as the lowest but one that was associated with the Ameren rebate program. As a result with the rebate, the effective cost was lower than the other bidders plus the company was recommended by Ameren. In an area of unpredictable labor service and summer time weather(it seems that everyone needs cooling service), I was very pleased with his professionalism in his work ethic and by showing up as slated. I was impressed that they took time to explain everything, the quality of workmanship and the way they cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend them to anyone in the lake area."
