"Home Comfort Systems was professional, honest and fairly priced. Steve Bilica (owner) came out to give me an estimate on a new furnace. He made me feel comfortable, which is important to me as a single woman. His estimate was the lowest of three I obtained ($4150) and he was so honest, he advised that my current unit didn’t need replacing yet. (The only reason I was getting estimates was because some other cut-throat company told me I needed a new one...for $11k!!...due to a cracked heat exchanger. However, all the other companies I contacted for estimates said I did NOT have a cracked heat exchanger.) I decided not to get a new furnace in the end. It’s been running great, although I did need a new blower motor about five months after the estimate, so Jeff D installed it for me ($385). Way cheaper than a whole new unit, so I’m happy. I’ll definitely go with this company again for repairs and when it’s time for a new furnace."

And when I mentioned that the furnace seemed loud, they made some adjustments to my return air grill (and cleaned it!) to reduce the noise. Overall, I couldn't be any happier with Besco. I was really thrilled with the level of service I received. There's nothing enjoyable about having to get a new air conditioner and new furnace, but absolutely trusted Besco's advice and service, and I appreciated how they went above and beyond my expectations, not merely installing the equipment and leaving."

"The installers arrived promptly as scheduled with all necessary materials and equipment. They were professional, courteous and friendly, and were careful to clean up before leaving. Because of the cramped quarters in our boiler room, they had to remove part of one wall for the installation but they were careful to notify us of this beforehand to get our OK, and to perform the removal in a way that made the repair easy. Also, since it was a two day job, they were careful to install the water heater first so that we could have hot water in the evening before the second day. All work was done to our satisfaction and we feel that we received good value for our money. We would have no hesitation in recommending JML for any heating or cooling work."
