He provided me the potential problem for my heat pump issues on the phone that eventually was confirmed during his initial visit and then during disassembly of the old duct system. He was very helpful in providing me additional savings and existing tax credits for the Attic Breeze vent system installed including for the heat pump providing me with the forms.
