"Working with Tom was so easy and refreshing. An honest and respectful man that took the time to educate me on how furnaces work. He and Eddie came out within a couple of days to look over my furnace to see if it was repairable. It was over 40 years old so after our discussion of options I decided to replace. Tom sent the quote within a day and it was very fair. Unfortunately, Tom's son got sick on the day of install though Eddie and another gentleman (sorry, can not remember his name) came to do the work. "Technician Angel came on time. He first cleaned our HVAC unit, checked the wirings & parts & performed tests to ensure the unit is running according to standards. He inspected the Air ducts, vents even the attic. He explained everything and showed us the pictures that he took & the results on HVAC heating and cooling tests that were done. Overall a very good job done by Technician Angel I told him to come back after 6 months. Already recommended Airtime Heating & Cooling to my neighbor. 5 STARS"

"Robert was great. Communicative before the appointment and called me in advance to let me know he'd be a little later than the original appointment time. Installed our thermostat quickly and helped set it up on our wifi and connect to the app. Tested to make sure it worked correctly. Showed me how to use the parts and removed the old device. The price was the same as quoted prior to the appointment. Very happy."
