"First off, the consult was great. I was able to add services to my initial request and received a deal doing so. I also added a second set of services later that month. Adam and Steve completed the work and were completely professional and super efficient. They answered my questions and made sure I understood the work being performed. They worked with my schedule and were fantastic. I had a gas hook-up for a change from electric stove to gas stove - they even took care of the permits and inspection. They removed an old water access point for the fridge's icemaker that was in an awkward spot. They also added a regulator for the water pressure and water filtration system. Fantastic work all around. Should we need any more plumbing/gas work, I would definitely hire them again."

I've had several HVAC companies come to diagnose and all of them told me different things: replace the whole system, new lines, etc. potentially costing tens of thousands of dollars. So I decided to troubleshoot by myself and pinpointed the issue: the filter dryer needed to be replaced. No company wanted to do this small job. I called Emerald HVAC and told them about my issue, they sent in José, who diagnosed the issue to be what I said. He replaced the filter dryer and the AC unit works perfectly now after several years! "Damien made time for me on short notice. When he arrived I described the issue and he was quick to correctly diagnose the cause. He had to replace a heating coil in my electirc water heater. During the course of the repair he noted that the drain valve was not working properly. He replaced that as well. Before he left he drained and flushed the tank. All is working well. I'd recommend Damian for this type of service. Damian was delayed because of an earlier appointment where materials had not arrived on time. He worked later that normal working hours to make sure my problems were taken care of. I cetainly appreciated his efforts and that he kept me informed of his arrival time. He did not have to extend his day to the extent he did, but rather than re-schedule me, he completed my job as promised."
