The tech came within the agreed to time window. He was very good. Checked on both my furnaces, changed filters, etc. On one furnace the condensate pump was broken, so he replaced it. He documented everything to make sure that next time he comes he knows ahead of time what kind of equipment I have, and what if anything there is there to pay attention to. All in all it was a very good experience. The tech came on time, did everything I needed and then some. I will recommend this company."
