"Clint returned my call immediately I was actually in a panic because out here in Bullhead City Arizona a cool day is 101 we get up to 117+ temps so when your air-conditioner isn't working it's pretty easy to go in to panic mode. "There were defects in a cooler thermostat that I had purchased for Alltech to install, which, by the time it could be identified as "bob," or "bad out of the box," had damaged two fan motors, and I was pleased that Alltech stayed on the problem 'til it could be made right. The installation project itself also had some quirks that Alltech was happy to work out."
