They came when they said they were coming and It took three people to remove and replace the furnace over 2 days in the bitter cold. They were very conscious about cleaning up during and after they completed the installation. The thermostats also needed replacements and we had a problem due to the wiring. "I had the equipment replaced, a brand new, super high efficiency, fancy, lovely stuff. It's a central air system, and it's Lennox equipment. It's high efficiency. You can get it for less than that, but you're not gonna get the high efficiency quiet and all that kind of stuff. I had received other quotes which were like more money for the same system. I have been using them since 1986. No complaints. They do their thing, and I can't fault them. I have a service contract with them for this."
