"Absolutely WONDERFUL! The gentleman I spoke with on the phone was as nice, and helpful as could be.. (I was sobbing when he called.. after a horrific 3 days, and coming home to my house that was 95 degrees inside) He comforted me, and reassured me they would be there, and not to worry any more. And the two gentlemen that came diagnosed the problem immediately! My thermostat wasn't working. The men changed it out, and shortly after that, my AC was blasting. I cannot thank JBC ENOUGH!"

"HVAC system went out and needed a new one on short notice. Team Enoch responded the same day and were out 2 days later to replace the HVAC system. Installation was done meticulously and with great care and the price was very fair. We paid about $6000 for a 4 ton American Standard (aka Trane) system. The first company that quoted me estimated $8900 for the exact same system and undoubtedly lower quality of work (Abundant Air Condition and Heating). Miles was my point of contact and did not try to push a sale and encouraged me to do some research for myself. "Was referred to ARS by Lowes for a/c checkup. Appointment was to be between 10:00 am and 1:00 p.m. Although technician Kevin MarreroVargas showed up at 5:00 p.m., he was very thorough, knowledgable and professional. I had been having a problem with black dust in my condo and he explained the air purification system to me, which I was happy to purchase and he completely cleaned and installed the system in a very reasonable time period. I had net received any written information about the system which concerns me other than being told it was warranted for 5 years. I hope the system does what he said it would, but this is winter and my air doesn’t run as often so I am really looking forward to being excited to see if it does help with my situation as it warms up.
