"I called to set up a time for getting a quite for cleaning my heat =pump ahead of winter. He came over and did my heat pump PM and inspected the air vents in my crawl space underneath the house. I was shocked when he showed me the pictures. He then worked up an itemized quote to cover needed repairs. I felt like he gave me a fair estimate and was even open to working with me on the cost. We set a schedule for him to start. He started and finished the project as scheduled. I love how he works and would highly recommend him to anyone needing heating and air system work done. I will use this company definitely for future projects"

"I guess the price alright. It's about what we paid in Charlotte with another company, maybe just a tiny bit less. But I guess it's the what the prevailing rate is. We had somebody else to do the work, and they didn't do; and we paid them more. We have signed up to use them for our maintenance service for the furnace and air conditioner."

"Brian Helms did an excellent job making sure that my furnace was in good shape to perform well throughout the winter. He performed a very thorough check."

"I had another provider servicing my furnace, but after my home warranty sent KS Kamara Heating and Air to diagnos my problem, I learned that the previous provider was not doing what was necessary. KS Kamara Heating & Air, diganosed the problem, show me why I was having the problem, took care of the problem and now my system is running as it should. I then hired KS Kamara Heating and Air on the spot. I was amazed at what was found when he serviced my unit. I look forward to a continue business relationship with this company. May thanks to KS Kamara Heating and Air."

"I highly recommend MaBreeze Heating & Air! They did an excellent job installing my new 2.5-ton Carrier HVAC system, including all-new ductwork and line sets. From start to finish, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and took pride in their work. They paid attention to the details, kept everything clean, and made sure the entire system was installed properly and running exactly as it should. The difference in airflow and comfort throughout the house is incredible. It’s clear that MaBreeze cares about doing the job right rather than just getting the job done. If you’re looking for a reliable HVAC company that stands behind their workmanship, I definitely recommend MaBreeze Heating & Air. Great experience from beginning to end!"

"I want to thank Angie's List for helping me know about local companies and all their information, to make a clear choice. I called the company and talked to the lady in the office. She was really helpful and explained the differences in the systems, cost and answered other questions I had. She took her time with me and didn't 'talk down' to me but made me feel at ease and knowledgeable of the products. She said she'd have Mike, owner, come out to check the unit I was telling her about and answer any questions I had. He was right on time and was great to explain everything in terms I could understand. He checked the unit and told me what was wrong and my options. I never at any time feel pressured to have it repaired or buy a new unit. I had all the information I needed to decide, and I took overnight to decide. He put a new part in my old unit, to get it up and running. He said he'd leave it in place while I was deciding what I wanted to do - repair or replace. My unit was about 20 years old, and was at the time not working. He was very nice and thoughtful and never pushy or intimidating. When the unit was installed several days later, a new thermostat was also installed. I was given instructions on it and how to set it up with my computer and cell phone. The old unit, and all the mess involved in the installation, was cleaned up and hauled away. I'd recommend this company to anyone. Great job and the nicest people."

"Jon was wonderful. He came out to diagnose existing issues with our AC unit. He presented us with multiple options to repair or replace the aging unit, including costs of each option. Within a week, T.Byrdâ s installed a brand new furnace and AC unit for us at a great price point. Jon and Christian worked very hard and late into the night to finish our job in one day. I canâ t say enough nice things about them or this company!"

"The technician was honest, friendly, and professional. Provided education on AC/Heat system on a level that I was able to understand and make well informed decisions. I will continue to work with this company in the future."

"Reagan and his team arrive at the house right on time. Had the old HVAC system out and the new system installed and running within a reasonable time. His crew were very friendly and answered all my husbands questions to his satisfaction. They cleaned up and took the old system away. I would highly recommend Subnet Zero to anyone looking for a first rate Heat and Air company."
