The tech arrived within the designated window of time. The tech's picture was emailed to us beforehand so as to know it was him for security purposes. Our 1 yr old furnace apparently did not have a surge protector when it was newly installed. He installed it, at our agreement, and continued with the service. I did get a call later from a competitor that was about $50 cheaper but I still kept the original appt I made since we had just set up the appt. I know I didn't have to but that is on me...you don't have to pick the first one to call. I believe that I would recommend them again but will wait for other calls first."
