One tech. Performed inspection of furnace while other set in van, come in a few seconds and back to van several times
After service complete and Tech's left, found air conditioner running and had to figure out why schedule would not resume, found tech's left thermostat in permanent hold with temp's set at their settings

"First of all, Evans is very helpful. It's hard to find a technician that is willing to service 20+ year old HVAC systems. He also took time to explain the problems with the system. A technician who explains things is a good technician in my book. Second, he is considerate. He offered different solutions at different price points, explained the pros and cons of each solution and let me decide. Not everyone can afford or is willing to replace the entire system if it can still be repaired. I'm glad I came across a technician that still offers repair solutions to an old system.
