When I spoke to Connie (a truly lovely lady), she said she would talk to the technician to see if he had the unit we needed so that we could have heat that evening.  She called back and advised me that he did not have unit, but could be out to us first thing in the morning.  She also offered up another company that may be able to help us right away because she didn't want us to be without heat on the coldest night in over 10 years.  The company she recommended was able to fix our unit that evening! 

To add to the story, Connie called me the next morning to make sure all went OK and that we didn't spend the night in the frigid cold.  That's right...she called me even though it was not Rose Brothers that made the repair.
