"Home Heroes came out when our furnace went down. We just moved in and came home to no heat. They gave us a price to fix it and also a cost to replace since it was 20yrs old. We ended up replacing (We got multiple quotes to verify) but they gave us the BEST overall value. We later had a Tankles water heater installed by their plumber. "The water heater was in a very awkward place and he had to go down my very steep and narrow stairs to the basement. And to make the job even harder, water was coming in the basement because of the heavy rain fall going on at the time. He never complained one bit about the working conditions, in fact his attitude was good. He completed the job in only about two hours, including haul-a-way of the old water heater.
