"After sending a text for help in the late afternoon when my AC stopped cooling, Chris called me back later that evening, diagnosed the problem over the phone and said he would send Cole by 8:30 the next morning to fix my system. He even drained my other a/c unit just to make sure that I would not have an issue with that one next. Their employee provided me with honest information that I needed to know.
