"HVAC system went out and needed a new one on short notice. Team Enoch responded the same day and were out 2 days later to replace the HVAC system. Installation was done meticulously and with great care and the price was very fair. We paid about $6000 for a 4 ton American Standard (aka Trane) system. The first company that quoted me estimated $8900 for the exact same system and undoubtedly lower quality of work (Abundant Air Condition and Heating). Miles was my point of contact and did not try to push a sale and encouraged me to do some research for myself. "technician came out within the time stated. no freon was offered although it was part of the package to which i paid. i was told that the aged unit needed to be replaced. as well, i was informed that the freon was very expensive for the unit and the levels were far too low to make a difference. he left work needed invoice and stated a representative would be contacting me in the next few days with an estimate for a new system. several weeks passed with no follow-up from the company. when i reached out for the estimate that should have been prepared, i was told there was not enough data to make a determination. a new home visit would be required. the owner worked me into his Saturday schedule. the estimate was very high, even for a Trane system. i do appreciate that he called back after our visit to verify if i wanted to move forward. based on his attention, i felt much better about the previous interaction with the company. nevertheless, this is my review."

"This one of those companies that you are grateful to find. Especially with something as costly as your home heating/cooling systems. They helped me get through some needy repairs and now a furnace/AC replacement. Great product/workmanship, and they help process your rebates."

"We purchased a package deal on Angie's List. They came out to evaluate if the package was suitable. They actually tried to trouble shoot and repair our current system (it was running but not cooling), even though we had already paid for a complete replacement SEER system. Well it turns out we bought the wrong package (incorrect tonnage). They said they would install the appropriate unit and told us the difference in cost. While $5k seems like a lot, we did our homework and the prices were very fair for what we needed.  A 4-ton SEER system with associated parts and labor was quoted by another company to us at 7k.
My husband's an engineer, so he had spent a couple of weeks learning everything he could about HVAC systems before talking to Tharling.  They knew their stuff, didn't try to to upsell us, and honored their time commitment to get us a new HVAC system installed.
This was the third company we dealt with for this issue and we are very happy.

"Crew was two hours late, but all work was done in one day. The crew cleaned up everything and explained the basics of how the new programmable thermostats work.  They tested the heater and restarted it until air was cleared from the gas line and the heater stayed on. A/C operation was verified and was cooling before they left.
I had got 3 estimates on this work; Cucco's was in the middle on price. My decision was based as much on dealing with Chris for repair of my old system, and his professionalism and willingness to explain things and answer my questions.
