"Our 17 year old central air conditioning went out at the start of a heat wave. I called Arctic Fire on a Sunday morning. Alex returned my call that afternoon and came out the next day around noon and quickly diagnosed the problem and had our old unit running in about half an hour. In conversation with Alex I discussed the possibility of replacing my 17 year old unit which had been a problem with 3 previous service calls in the last year. Within a day he sent me an estimate which was very competitive and reasonable. Within 2 weeks he replaced both my compressor and air handler in a very hot attic. His team was very professional and completed the job in about 5 hours. Even in very hot weather his team remained focused and answered all my questions and concerns. "From the initial call to the office through the installation process, the experience with Christian was top-notch. Mark, our HVAC specialist, was very professional and attentive as he worked with us to chose our new system and schedule the installation. He was in contact with us throughout the process, even being there on the day of installation. The installers, Ed and Dan, were also very professional. They installed the new indoor and outdoor units, humidifier, and thermostat under the time estimated, gave an orientation to the new system and controls, and left our home without a trace of the installation, other than a brand new, highly efficient heating system. "George was awesome - our air conditioner stopped working at noon and he was here by 2pm and got us back up and running by 3pm. Showed me it was just the capacitor and also alerted me to a potential other issue down the road and gave me a quote on it just in case. "This was a 5 star experience working with New Energy Solutions. Tim worked with us to identify and size the right equipment to completely replace our old / inefficient HVAC system. I conducted lots of research on equipment (Trane, Lennox, York, American Standard, Goodman etc. equipment, LG vs. Climatuff vs. Copeland compressor etc.), to ensure I understood the proposals. Tim worked with me to explain all the different options from different manufactures, single stage vs two stage, heat pump vs. furnace, variable blowers etc. Once we agreed on the equipment (Trane), one week later Tim, Buddy and Tanner came out for removal of the old and install of the new. The install took place 1 1/2 weeks after the initial inquiry, and the entire process was seamless. The team did a phenomenal job, and we are now running a two stage gas furnace, with variable blower and matching AC unit. The system looks beatifically and works just as well. We haven't had such a positive experience with a contractor before. Extremely impressed and would most definitely recommend New Energy Solutions; especially Tim, Buddy and Tanner."
