"I had another provider servicing my furnace, but after my home warranty sent KS Kamara Heating and Air to diagnos my problem, I learned that the previous provider was not doing what was necessary. KS Kamara Heating & Air, diganosed the problem, show me why I was having the problem, took care of the problem and now my system is running as it should. "Rhett came out and did a thorough evaluation of all components of our heat pumps. He found wiring that had been connected incorrectly, as well as wiring that was never connected, which was causing our heat to blow cold air (thus defeating the purpose of having the heat on!) He rewired two of the units and added Freon to one that was low, and the heat has been working perfectly since. Rhett is easy to reach, honest, personable, thorough, and makes sure you understand what is going on and the work he is going to do to fix the problem. His pricing is fair, and he gets the job done right."
