And I was shocked when I asked him about coming back to check my furnace, he said he will do it right now and only 45 min later he had installed a new control box. And my furnace was running! "We needed to install a heating system that would provide us even heat throughout our house. We contacted Lakes Region HVAC LLC to discuss options. Sam Darche’ the owner met with us and gave us his opinion. . We discussed and decided together on a a ducted heat pump system. Sam was professional, prompt, polite, and helpful. He left to give us an estimate. Sam’s price was unbelievable! We thought that he must have forgotten something! No , he hadn’t! We hired him for the job . He was tireless to meet our needs.
