"Great! Technician arrived in the given time window. He was friendly and professional. He answered all of my questions and I didn't feel like he was trying to up-sell me on anything I didn't need. Performed system check as agreed upon."

"Duke did a great job at a fair price. We needed AC and decided to replace our old furnace at the same time. In addition Duke wrapped with insulating bubble wrap our old ducts that were exposed. He tied the drip line into our existing downspout in a neat fashion. I'd highly recommend him (he's a fellow submarine vet too!!)."

"We had a wonderful experience with Comfort Energy! The service person, whose name was Chance, did a thorough evaluation of the problem with a focus on saving us as much money as possible, to either repair or replace our 30-year-old heat furnace. He quickly determined that our inlet filter was too dense (it was a Merv 11 and should have been a Merv 8) and that that was probably causing the heater to go off an on every 5-10 minutes. He then tested and confirmed his hypothesis. He also performed a CO test to make sure there wasn't anything more serious going on. Finally, he gave us a good idea of replacement options, which we should probably do before the next Winter, but not necessarily right away. All in all, this is exactly the kind of assessment we needed, and it cost orders of magnitude less than what was estimated by the first service company we had come out. Chance was great, and Comfort Energy is our go-to for heating and cooling service and/or installation from now on."

"I recently had a new HVAC system installed by Aireserv, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. From the beginning, the team was professional, courteous, and informative. They arrived on time and were very thorough in explaining the detailed installation plan, the features of the new system, and how to operate it. The installation went smoothly, and the technicians cleaned the area while working. Once the system was installed, they ran tests to ensure everything was working perfectly and took the time to answer all of my questions. The new HVAC system has been a game-changer in terms of performance. It heats and cools my home more efficiently than my previous unit, and I've noticed a significant improvement in comfort and air quality. The system runs quietly and maintains an even temperature throughout my home. I also appreciate the energy savings I'm already seeing. My energy bills have been noticeably lower, which I can directly attribute to the new system's efficiency. Overall, I'm delighted with the service from Aireserv and the performance of the HVAC system. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC installation or upgrades. They provided excellent service from start to finish! A BIG THANK YOU TO ALTON THOMPSON AND HIS TEAM FROM AIRESERV."

"Great team! Mark, Sergii and Pavel replaced my furnace and installed an AC. It was a real pleasure to work with them. Mark listened carefully and provided several options for me to choose from. He was also flexible on scheduling the work to match my family needs. Sergii and Pavel performed the installation exactly as planned, kept the house clean, and payed a lot of attention to the aesthetics of the visible parts of the system. They explained to me where they'd run the lines, what were the options and why they preferred one over the other. I'm very happy with the choice of brand and model and with the installation. The team really cares about their customers. Thank you!"

"I was extremely impressed with the service provided by Air Sharks, who replaced my aging furnace and damaged heat ducts. Elizabeth provided a detailed explanation in a friendly, professional and understandable way. Pricing seemed reasonable, and was 25% below a previous estimate. Daniel and his crew did a fantastic job removing and replacing the new furnace and the duct system in a very tight crawl space. They left the furnace looking absolutely beautiful and clean. I highly recommend them"

"Alex performed preventive maintenance on our AC and gas furnace and did a great job. He took the time to explain what he was doing and why, which I really appreciated. I’m glad to have found a technician I can trust for future service and would highly recommend him."

"Jim's Air Systems had the best value for my dollar. They supplied me with better equipment than they quoted for the same price. They completed the entire installation in about five hours. They protected my floors with tarps and were very careful to protect my walls as they moved equipment in and out. Josh, the son of the original Jim, was on the job working with the other two installers. They performed above my expectations. They left my home and yard as clean as if they had never been there. The new furnace is wonderful and is already saving me money on my P.G. & E. bill. I would recommend Jim's Air Systems unconditionally to anyone in need of a new furnace and AC system. This is a family business that has been supplying and installing systems since 1976. They take personal pride in doing an excellent job. They did not sell me anything that I did not need and provided me with a much cleaner and easier-to-service installation than my existing system. They are the best!"

"Our water heater started leaking and needed to be replaced. Called in the morning and had someone out in the afternoon. This was actually our second quote. The first guy only gave the heater a cursory look before quoting a price. The Better Water Heaters technician actually examined the heater, plumbing and electrical connections before discussing options. We discussed replacing the original and switching to a tankless system. After we did some research and asked some friends who had a tankless system, we decided to go with the tankless. We scheduled an appointment for the next day and had it installed. Very smooth, very professional."
