"We searched for a long time for a company to replace a current central A/C which was not particularly old, but the handler up in the attic was nearing the end of life so we had to replace the whole system. If you are Youtube how to splice wires to install that smart thermostat, stop it, call Kyle. Seriously, just call Kyle. Kyle helped me demystify my heating and cooling system. Now I stare at my HVAC system, knowing what is what, and how I can quickly troubleshoot it and maintain it. What surprised me the most, this is not what Kyle was required to do. He came to help us with something unrelated. Nevertheless, he stayed late, and answered all the questions my wife and I had; we had a lot. It felt like we had a friend over the entire time. Sure enough, that's how it felt when he left.
