"Our 30YO furnace took its last breath on a Sunday during 30F temps. We spent a couple cold days trying to find a company available to help us out. Luckily we also have a heat pump that heats part of the house, so it wasn’t an emergency. No one had availability. In our search we submitted a project request on Angi (formerly Angie’s List), and Product Air called us on Tuesday morning to say they could be there in an hour to give a bid. They came and gave us a reasonable bid. Given the urgency, they could have gouged us but they did not. The next morning they were there at 9 AM to install a new gas furnace. When they finished I asked them if they also did maintenance on heat pump systems. They said yes, and they did the maintenance right there on the spot. On top of doing a great installation and bringing our heat pump system current on maintenance (without prior scheduling!), they cleaned the garage up after their work to a state well beyond our expectations. They were also very polite and pleasant to work with. We will definitely call them again for maintenance and any HVAC needs we have in the future!"

"Blue Flame is an outstanding company. The people were accommodating and very helpful. Al came out specifically to check our electronic air cleaner. While here, he decided to service our furnace. He then noticed a major problem with our water heater. Thank goodness he saw it because it was on the verge of giving out. Fernando came out and installed a new water heater. Fernando--like Al--was professional, polite, and answered all my questions. He did a great job with the installation. He was quick and efficient and kept the area clean. I highly recommend this company and its workers."

Before that he also tried helping me with a quick fix over video call (free of charge), but because there were major problems with Furnace we ended up replacing the entire unit Serge arranged the new unit on the same day and worked through the evening with his crew to get it going. This was the night before winter storm kicked in - so saved us some chilly nights. He provided me a very competitive price. Also provided me 3 years of Labor warranty. He and his crew is polite & nice to talk! Overall pretty satisfied with the service."

"Robert called immediately and able to come within an hour on a Saturday morning. He said prior to coming out that my furnace most likely just needed a service and the cost. He arrived on time and was very polite. He worked on the furnace and showed me exactly what he was doing and the before and after of everything he cleaned. One part was very dirty and the furnace started working right after this. He looked at our thermostat that we thought was broken because of odd behavior and figured out it set for a hot water heater not a furnace and fixed it. The price was VERY good and what he quoted on the phone! We will definiately use next time."

I had him replace my furnace and install air conditioning. He had to install a temporary filter and grate for my air return. He came back a couple of weeks later to install the new grate and filter. That just happened to be the day my water heater failed. He replaced my water heater that same day and both have been working great."

The overall experience from getting a written quote, to answering all my questions, to showing up to complete the new furnace installation, was just great! Marvin even took off his shoes when entering my place. (Furnace was around the back) As a general consumer, I got 4 quotes from local top furnace installers. None of them were as responsive or offer the product as superior as New Heating & Cooling. Make sure you compare apples to apples, in the case of furnace, single/dual stage, warranty period on components and the labor warranty. I appreciate Eric going over all the details with me and answered all my questions. No high pressure sale or upgrade what so ever. Be aware of other companies' high pressure sales, especially Sears. "Very pleased. Called on a Sunday evening and he came out within an hour and didn't charge me extra for a weekend call. Our furnace blower went out and it was either no heat or a terrible burning smell which set our smoke detectors off. He had the part in the van to fix it which was great since it was freezing outside so this was a life saver!"

"Jeff is amazing, transparent, thorough, and polite. Would 100% recommend him without hesitation. We had a different HVAC company out for the same issue. Their technician was here for ~4 hours, had little experience with boilers, and walked away quoting us $800 (in addition to the $150 it costs for the diagnostic) to replace a part he was "fairly certain" was the problem. Since that visit did not fill us with confidence, we looked for other companies and found Jeff and Resolute Plumbing and Heating here on Homeadvisor. Thank goodness we did!! From the first contact with him on the phone he was open about his thoughts on what might/might not be causing the problem. Clear about pricing, and very accommodating in scheduling. On the day of the appointment he was here for about 2 hours, much of that time he spent educating me about our system, and left having solved the problem with a simple repair he did on-site, not replacing the entire part. He was friendly, straightforward and a thoroughly enjoyable person to have around that entire time.
