"We decided to replace an outdated AC unit and furnace with a brand new heat pump and furnace. After speaking with a Four Seasons sales rep, we knew they were the best choice to go with due to their thorough assessment, knowledge of products, availability of service and overall transparency. And perhaps most importantly, they were not pushy and respect our decisions on what system we felt was best for our home. As with any expenditure of this nature, there will be some ironing out of details and inevitable bumps to get everything completed, but the overall experience amounted to an energy-efficient HVAC system that was installed with care and expediency. After leaving a voicemail to inquire about his services, I very shortly received a text that he was tied up at the moment but would be able to call me back a little later. "Regional Plumbing, heating and cooling came out and inspected my duct work, furnace/AC, my very hot upstairs and my thermostat. He gave me advice on how to cool the upstairs and several suggestions. He was very helpful and courteous. I could not afford any of their services and resorted to getting a window air conditioner installed. If I ever can afford them in the future I will gladly call them again."
