"Called Goff on Friday morning, 2/2. Tech arrived before noon and diagnosed the problem within 2 hours. Explained options for repair (almost $2k in parts & labor) and replacement. Long story short, we went with a new furnace (old furnace was 15 years old, and repairs would be complex). Given that it was Friday afternoon, they thought the earliest replacement could be made would be Tuesday. The office called me back and let me know they could get it done on Saturday, 2/3, for the same price. They were at the house by 8 am on 2/3 and were done by 1 pm.
