The permits and the Net metering agreement had to be approved first. After that the work began very fast. The waiting on Duke energy was a couple weeks after everything was installed but the results were extremely good. I now have a system that cools the house properly. "We purchased a new Clayton home in late 2023 and everything seemed good at first. After several times over a year of having HVAC techs from Clayton come out for a cooling issue, eventually the warranty ran out on the AC. Then we had another supposedly reputable HVAC company come out and said it was a lot of issues outside and would cost almost $2000 for a repair that may or may not work. We went thru Angis list and got in touch with Quality Air. The tech came out and went thru our system and located the issue inside that was never installed from the Clayton homes store.
