Their prices seemed fair compared to other estimates we received. They were kind, considerate, good humored, and worked hard the whole time they were at our house. The system works great so far. What disappointed me: the job took longer than expected, and the electrical component that was subcontracted out cost 3 times as much as we were anticipating."

"My Heat Pump AC failed, and I called 2 other companies, and all they said was "you're on the list". Ron answered the call and came out, at the end of the day, and got my 20 year old system to at least work in AC mode. So, I asked about a replacement system, he gave me a price that was lower than some others, and arranged for financing, and came out and put in the system with 2 assistants. It is very well installed, much better insulated than the system we had and is very quiet and efficient. Airflow is much better than it was. Overall I strongly recommend Awesome as a repair service or for new install. They were very professional and reliable."

"We were pleased to see this special since D&R Heating had done the installation in 2008.  Kory was the service tech and he arrived on time.  He was extremely thorough in checking the furnace, heat pump and the thermostats for both of our zones. The heat pump was low on refrigerant. Kory topped it off, checked its operation with the thermostat, checked the furnace exchanges to see if our ducts needed cleaning, and gave us some pointers on our furnace/heat pump operation. We were very impressed with his work.

"I called Randy of Xpert Heating and Air Conditioning with several issues with our gas air heating system and he came out the same day. He went the extra mile to explain three issues with my system, suggested cost effective solutions, discovered a potentially disastrous issue I did not even realize was occurring and got our furnace up and running. He also showed me how to replace the condensate pump so I had the option to purchase the part online. This saves me a considerable amount of money. However, he is more than willing to come back and install the part free of charge if I prefer he does it. Randy was professional and stayed on task, completing all the work in an hour's time. He gave us several options to save funds until we can repair/ replace our very expensive filter system. I have found it progressively difficult to find reliable, professional, honest service from individuals who really care about customer service. "Arranged free inspection of dryer venting, never before checked in 25 years. He came on time and was very agreeable about being sure to keep the outside door shut, as well as everything else. He immediately discovered the duct was flammable plastic and said I was lucky never to have had a fire. For a modest fee he replaced that with modern parts and cleaned out any debris. I am thinking of having him check the ducts for my heating and AC system, which also have never been checked in the 25 years since we bought this house. First time we have lived in the same house for so long. Have to learn to keep up maintenance better!"
