What disappointed me: the job took longer than expected, and the electrical component that was subcontracted out cost 3 times as much as we were anticipating."

"My Heat Pump AC failed, and I called 2 other companies, and all they said was "you're on the list". Ron answered the call and came out, at the end of the day, and got my 20 year old system to at least work in AC mode. So, I asked about a replacement system, he gave me a price that was lower than some others, and arranged for financing, and came out and put in the system with 2 assistants. It is very well installed, much better insulated than the system we had and is very quiet and efficient. Airflow is much better than it was. Overall I strongly recommend Awesome as a repair service or for new install. They were very professional and reliable."

I don't know how to describe the trauma but I would not use them again. They were nice but between them and the electrician started a big fight on the job. They apologized and said that he will give me a gift card but that never happened. I don't think it is a norm for them on it because we have used them in the past to fix the old heat pumps. The price went above but they're friendly. On the job, I just don't know what to say and it just didn't work out for me. They're yelling at me and telling me what to do.

10/7/2014  Still never got the gift card. Also called 2 weeks ago asking for receipts for each unit and that has not come or a phone call from them.

"I called Randy of Xpert Heating and Air Conditioning with several issues with our gas air heating system and he came out the same day. He went the extra mile to explain three issues with my system, suggested cost effective solutions, discovered a potentially disastrous issue I did not even realize was occurring and got our furnace up and running. He also showed me how to replace the condensate pump so I had the option to purchase the part online. This saves me a considerable amount of money. However, he is more than willing to come back and install the part free of charge if I prefer he does it. Randy was professional and stayed on task, completing all the work in an hour's time. He gave us several options to save funds until we can repair/ replace our very expensive filter system. I have found it progressively difficult to find reliable, professional, honest service from individuals who really care about customer service. We have found that with Randy and we are looking forward to becoming a loyal customer.
