"I'm leaving on a trip will be gone 3 months. I want to leave my home with a little heat as it is Nov.. ever changing temps. I went to turn on the heat and nothing. I called Air Pro and they were able to come that day. Completed a check of my system and found that a bird built it's nest on my exhaust vent on my propane heating unit. The tech cleared the obstruction and the heat came on. They had a special if I paid a little more (very little) it included coming back in the early spring and cleaning my unit. They returned in the spring and cleaned my unit.the young man spent more than an hour cleaning and checking the system components. He did a great job and cleaned up afterwards because leaves were inside the fan unit and he bagged up all the wet leaves and took them to my trash can.i would highly recommend Air Pro for your heating and cooling and general maintenance work."

"I was having a problem with MS Office not responding and other files being very, very slow to open. Jim started looking for the cause right away. He did numerous checks for viruses, malware, and various other things that can go wrong. He vigorously pursued a resolution pretty steadily for two days before determining it was a malfunctioning external backup system that was causing the problem. With that finding, he promptly got my computer running smoothly and very fast again. He made two trips to my house; on the first one, he had to cross a sheet of ice in my driveway. "No work was performed. Angie's List has been unable to remove this from my account and I'm tired of the popups. The service coupon was offered from a vendor on the West Coast to me in VA. The company name is exactly as one listed in VA so I errantly purchased the coupon. Angie's List refunded the money but multiple attempts to remove this aborted service scheduling have failed. This is my attempt at removing it from the system and quit nagging me EVERY time I log in to write a review.
