Installed a new system for the downstairs zone and repaired the upstairs unit.
New unit performs well and is a great improvemtn compared to old unit.  Our gas bill dropped a lot.

The unit was low on freon and while we were looking at the unit fan motor went out and he was able to get a new one next day.
