We're grateful to John for these secondary projects--and his ideas for them--because they have given us a lot more living space, and have made the bathrooms much more pleasant to use. We recently purchased the home in Oct. 2022 and we initially had a 3-5 year timeline for improving the kitchen, bathrooms, and basements. But John shortened this timeline down to a 2-month time frame (around 35 days of actual work--there were a couple of delays on materials that slowed us down). We moved in a week ago and are loving it! In sum, I strongly recommend JDC for home improvement projects. John is highly skilled and has integrity and tons of expertise and experience.
