Brett and Jake assessed the problem and determined that there was no problem contrary to what I was told by Temperature Docs "your system is fried, your only recourse is to buy a new furnace and air conditioner" for nearly $7,000! My air condtioner started working with a tweak of a knowing plier. I was not charged a repair cost only for the service call /diagnostic which was very reasonable. "Emergency. Furnace went out overnight. Woke up freezing. Called G&R Heating. They (Adam), responded within one hour. Furnace couldn't be repaired - provided quote that was acceptable and accepted immediately. New furnace (and air conditioner) was installed within 4 hours. Total lapse of time from waking up to a cold house to new furnace (and air conditioner) was 5-1/2 hours. Excellent and superior customer service.
