"I usually use a different company for regular A/C tuneups in the spring as well as furnace tuneups in the fall. Last Friday, that company performed a tuneup on my system and charged me for 2 lbs. of R-22, a capacitor and a hard start kit. My A/C was working just fine prior to their arrival and when they left it wasn't cooling at all. I called them again and they sent the same technicians back out only to be told that my compressor was shot shortly afterwards. It was going to cost me $6000-$7000 to replace the whole system since it was R-22. I have American Home Shield warranty service, so I called them and they sent out All Comfort Specialists. It didn't take Tony and Pat anytime at all to figure out that the inept technicians the other company sent had overcharged my unit which was causing the compressor to shut down when the pressure and amps reached too high of a level. Also, I already had a hard start kit, yet the other company decided to add another one. After Tony reclaimed the 2 lbs. of refrigerant, my unit started cooling perfectly as it had done before the tuneup. Needless to say, All Comfort Specialists just gained a new customer for the foreseeable future."

"I was having a problem with MS Office not responding and other files being very, very slow to open. Jim started looking for the cause right away. He did numerous checks for viruses, malware, and various other things that can go wrong. He vigorously pursued a resolution pretty steadily for two days before determining it was a malfunctioning external backup system that was causing the problem. With that finding, he promptly got my computer running smoothly and very fast again. He made two trips to my house; on the first one, he had to cross a sheet of ice in my driveway. Jim is a very capable and experienced computer analyst that will get after your problem because he fully understands the importance of, and the need to have a working computer in the house.

"We contacted Carl Reese in 2013 to paint our home but were unable to work it out due to other issues. I contacted him a year later and he vaguely recalled and asked me what was his bid! ha ha! I told him what I had written down and he said ok, sounds good! He kept me posted as to about how 'far away' they were before starting our job, which was nice to know, and showed up to start the day he said. He works with one other man so we weren't inundated by lots of trucks and workers. They worked at a slow pace, but the weather was unforgiving heat wise and rain wise this summer. Lots of stops and waits due to the rains we had this summer. They were very pleasant to have around and Eric, the other man, is quite the talker, Carl is pretty quiet and shy!
They are very trustworthy too. If they told us something needed to be fixed, they explained why and how they would fix it. They did things outside of their initial bid and the work was very well done. They also put in a new steel door which was not an expected project. The door works properly and the work was excellent. They use an excellent exterior paint which is included in their bid.
The only criticism I have is they don't clean the area when they leave, and sometimes left for days at a time (rain). I had to clean up the mess each Friday or Saturday, paint chips, dropped nails. sawdust, water bottles, etc. It wasn't overwhelming, but a nuisance! They also only want to be paid in cash. Just a heads up on that preference. My husband balked that there was no contract paperwork with Carl. Just an agreed on price but I'm from 'handshake agreement country,' and was ok with it. Slightly worried, but it was never an issue. When Carl gave us his final bill it was over the bid price by about a thousand dollars, but that was to cover the extra work and materials they had to purchase to do the job beautifully. This is their best recommendation, they WANT your house to look beautiful and will do what it takes, with your approval, to make it beautiful. They finished some work on a window that my husband never got trimmed out and then re-did the two other windows along that wall! That was their favorite thing they did!
