"Gil, RAF and Luis installed a new Lenox furnace/AC in my condo yesterday. They were here on time, worked quickly and were done earlier than I expected. All my interactions with them were informative and friendly and at the conclusion of the installation they took the time to show me, and explain to me what they had done. The new thermostat is a bit of a challenge, but they got me started in the setup process so that I could complete it.
