"Justin and Cam, the technicians, did a great job. We have an old farmhouse with a very strange configuration of partial crawlspace and partial full basement, and water was leaking through the fieldstone foundation wall from the crawlspace. They quickly diagnosed that the problem was coming from 1 or 2 zones of the hot water radiator heating system, and they were able to shut off those zones to stop the leak, while allowing the house to still use water for sinks, toilets, and showers. We'll have to do more work later to replace pipes to the radiator but, because they are hard to access, we need to plan ahead for some construction work. I'm fully satisfied that these guys were able to find the problem and give us even a temporary solution that allows us to have our working plumbing again without the basement getting wet. Would definitely work with them again."

"I went to turn on our heating system and it wouldn't turn on. I also noticed there was water dripping from a heater pipe. I called Platinum and Robert responded to my call within the half hour. We scheduled a time for him to come the next day and he was able to fix the heater quickly. As our system is pretty old, he also took the time to discuss options for potentially replacing it and also showing me different parts on the system that might need to be replaced if we didn't want a new system. He also looked at another plumbing project I was thinking about while he was there. About 15 minutes after he left, I realized I had forgotten to mentioned the dripping pipe.
