They repaired the wall and repainted the area. A few days later when the house wasn't heating up as quickly as it should, they sent someone out right away to find and fix the problem, which was actually a ductwork issue unrelated to the installation. "I was having a problem with MS Office not responding and other files being very, very slow to open. Jim started looking for the cause right away. He did numerous checks for viruses, malware, and various other things that can go wrong. He vigorously pursued a resolution pretty steadily for two days before determining it was a malfunctioning external backup system that was causing the problem. With that finding, he promptly got my computer running smoothly and very fast again. He made two trips to my house; on the first one, he had to cross a sheet of ice in my driveway.
