We came home to a water heater that had hot water spraying out of a broken hose at 8:00 on a Thursday night. The water was spraying so hard it was cutting a hole in the drywall behind the water heater. We called Dave and he instructed us to turn off the water to the house, and he came over right away to install a brand new hot water hose that he'd picked up for us on the way.

We've had Dave do work for us in the past. He installed a gas cooktop a few years ago that was slightly larger than the previous model. He was able to enlarge the hole in the tile countertop without damaging the tile, and the installation went very smoothly. Just weeks ago, we had Dave replace a leaky faucet and repair a couple of light fixtures, and we were again very pleased with his work and professionalism. When we had trouble with the water heater, we called him first.

Dave is easy to communicate with, does good work, charges reasonable rates. We'll definitely be calling him again.

They worked non stop and were able to remove a rust stain on the tile in the shower, years of dirt on a heat lamp in the ceiling and many other feats due to negligence.
