On time, professional, knowledgeable, and his team is a reflection of this as well. They were always on time, on schedule, clean, and very personable. They finished our job a little early, and during the first heat wave just about week or two ago, our house never felt better. Great service, quality, and pricing. It's funny, with central AC, you never really know that it's hot out until you leave the house and come home. It's during this first transition that I realized how quiet and effective of a system that was installed. "It was good. The new furnace was installed on time and very efficiently. The workmen were particularly careful to not track any dirt into the house, even though the furnace is in the basement. The lead installation man took care to fully explain the functions of the new thermostat and what was needed to take care of the unit regarding periodic maintenance, such as changing filters. I am happy with the work."

"Woke up with no heat! Right before Christmas! Harris responded instantly and sent out someone to check the problem. Due to incorrect installation, rain had gotten into the improperly sealed roof vents, which in turned fried the transformer, inducer and circuit board. They were at my place bright and early the next morning installing a brand new furnace, more efficient and quieter, with a 10 year warranty. Arranged financing and were finished by 3pm. Everyone from my first phone call to the last service tech was professional, polite, knowledgeable and all around pleasant and really nice people. They will be my go to for heating, AC, plumbing and electrical from here on in. Glad I found them!"
