"While I may be biased (because he’s my cousin), I highly recommend Verlander’s Heating & Air! Today (5/18), temperatures unexpectedly reached 95°. 🥵 While I was working, my husband told me that it was very warm upstairs (83° by my Nest app) and there was no cool air coming out. The upstairs is where our bedroom and the kids bedrooms are, so that was a no go. I reached out to Jason, and told him what was going on. He told me that he could be there in about 20-30 minutes and he would take a look at it. He arrived around 6:00 pm, checked our upstairs units and outside units to find that in my upstairs unit, one of the capacitors had gone bad on both ends. He replaced it and went back upstairs to check before he left, and the temperature had already started to drop! 🥶 Jason has been working in HVAC for a long time and used to be the COO of Blazer HVAC, until starting his own company.
