"All I have to say is that Absolute Comfort Heating and Air Conditioning exceeded our expectations on the installation of our new Trane heat pump! Alex was our point of contact, and he was very knowledgeable, and courteous. The installation crew arrived on schedule and impressed us with their expertise! Robert, Courtland and Cody got right to work and took out the old system… and then installed our new heat pump. They were all knowledgeable, friendly and courteous… answering any questions we had! "The service was superior from the initial contact where I requested a quote to the installation. I spoke with Samantha to arrange for someone to come out to provide me with a quote and she promptly scheduled an appointment around my schedule. Mike came out and provided me with several options for a heat pump and promptly sent me an email with the heat pump options and prices. I had contacted 4 other HVAC companies in my area that also provided me with estimates. Accu-Rite Services was the only company that followed up to see if I had any questions and to see if I was still in the process of replacing my heat pump. I called Accu-Rite Services a couple times with questions and Samantha was quick to provide an answer and was very knowledgeable. I scheduled a date for my installation and Accu-Rite Services showed up on time for the scheduled appointment. The installation was really quick, old heat pump was removed, new heat pump installed, everything completely cleaned up and new thermostat was installed. Mike gave a thorough explanation of how the heat pump and thermostat worked. Accu-Rite Services took care of registering my heat pump, scheduled county inspection and also checked for any rebates that were available for me. I absolutely love my new heat pump. "The A/C repair technician (Jonathan) was very thorough in his troubleshooting. He is extremely knowledgeable and clearly explained the diagnosis and repair options. He explained the immediate repair as well as issues to anticipate with my fairly old (15 year old system), including the caution that my systems R22 refrigerant is no longer being produced and is becoming cost prohibitive to replace (I.e. for recharging). T.Byrdâ s gave an excellent price for the parts replacement and repair. Jonathan also explained the efficiencies of current models and a ballpark figure and timeframe that I could use in planning for a full unit replacement. Outstanding work, outstanding on-site customer service. And special thanks to HomeAdvisor & Angie for including T.Byrdâ s Heating and Air, LLC among the referrals for obtaining estimates and service date availability. This has been a great experience and it was a big deal for our A/C to fail just as the Charlotte summer heat had gone Inyo the 90â s!"
