They offered to come and fix the problem he next morning (day before Thanksgiving) but I declined because I was going away. When he was done, he went through everything with me again, explained all of the parts of the system, maintenance, thermostat, etc. He also helped me hook up the thermostat to my phone and was again patient in explaining how it worked. He answered any questions that I had and told me he was always available by phone or email. Bill and his team were friendly and polite. He was also able to fix a few other minor issues that we had free of charge. The initial quote was exactly what he charged. I would highly recommend Universal Air for your new HVAC system installed, or for maintenance on your current system. They were the best!
