"I found East Coast Comfort for my son’s house when he had heater problems and they fixed his issue quickly and seemed very honest and knowledgeable so then I used them for my house for various smaller jobs and they were always impressive and responsive so when I went to replace my HVAC - I got a quote from them (Ed) which was very reasonable. Lisa remained communicative throughout the entire process. Tony and his team were true professionals. They arrived on time, explained the work to be performed as well as the steps they were taking along the way. They removed the old HVAC system and installed the new one being very careful throughout the entire process. The whole team was friendly and efficient. Ed is also great as he has been to my house for various problems over the years and always does an awesome job. We are extremely satisfied and would highly recommend East Coast Comfort for simple repairs or a full system installation or anything in between!"

"Emergency AC repair service was provided very quickly on a sweltering summer day. Gen3 tech Justin identified and clearly explained the problem and then did the repair, restoring cool air to my overheated home. Excellent experience! Based on this, I called Gen3 for my fall furnace check-up. Travis did a thorough inspection, identified potential future problems and provided a clear explanation of the furnace's current status. Another excellent experience. Also must commend the Gen3 front office staff who always answer the phone, keep you updated and are a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend this company."

"We recently moved into a house built in 1987 with the original air conditioning unit, which constantly ran without stopping.  It was a brutal summer, but it was definitely not running properly.  Joe came out himself to take a look.  He took a look at the entire system and suggested that we service the AC to make it function properly and not constantly run.  He also changed the air filter in the furnace.  I appreciated the fact that he did not push a new air conditioning system in the house considering the unit we have is 25+ years old.  He also gave us a few ideas on how to make our home more energy efficient.  He did a great job.

"I'm very happy with Greg's service. He took the time to explain the problem with my AC unit, repair it very quickly and the price was excellent. From now on I will call Greg for all my HVAC needs. Highly recommended if you are looking for great service and you value honesty. Thank you Greg, I will be contacting you in the future."

"Very professional and fair with pricing. He actually answered my call on Saturday at around 5PM and was able to come out the next morning to fix my furnace. Everywhere else I called sent me to an answering service. The part needed had to be shipped and he offered to bring over space heaters in the mean time. This guy is great I will definitely call him again in the future for my heating and AC repairs."

"I needed to replace my furnace and AC unit. Erik responded to my request in the morning and had the new system installed the same afternoon. His crew was outstanding, they were neat and considerate of my space. I would highly recommend their services."

"It was a superb experience. From the visit by Bruce the sales representative to the installation day to the follow-up from Petro, every single person we interacted with was helpful and professional. When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. The job was finished before end of day as promised. The heater room is now immaculate, with new piping and a new heater. It was like watching a pit crew at a NASCAR race. Everyone had their tasks, they moved carefully but quickly. The materials were all laid out in order, etc. Just a totally professional approach to their work. The crew boss answered any questions I had. The follow-up for a normal inspection of the furnace chimney was scheduled the day after the installation. I’ve gotten calls to insure we are satisfied with the work. Satisfied barely covers it- I am pleased to write this kind of review. Without hesitation I will recommend Petro to friends and family throughout the Philly area. Peter A. Elkins Park"

"Our job is not complete as yet, however, we are very pleased and are glad we made a decision to go with Caliber Heating. George the owner does most of the installation himself, he is knowledgeable, professional and efficient. I would highly recommend them for any Heating Cooling project."

"Excellent customer service. Immediate response to air conditioning problems I then replaced the whole system I will use them for gas heater tune up in the fall A. Breese Coatesville PA"

"Unique Indoor Comfort’s technician, George, provided a fine tune up service to my residence's heating system which was well overdue for maintenance. He was able to pinpoint the issues I was having obtaining heat and, in the process, providing a more important service. This by detecting a significant potential health risk to the system when operating at capacity with elevated levels of carbon monoxide readings present in the combustion test and the necessity of having a chimney/fireplace sweep and cleaning conducted. The service call was money well spent. Would definitely use this company again for any additional issues"
